May 12-13, 1963 marked Ray Charles' live show debut in the U.K. He performed before 3200 fans that first night in London at the Finsbury Park Astoria, with a second performance there the following night. He played: "One Mint Julep," "I've Got A Woman," "Born To Lose," "Careless Love," "I Can't Stop Loving You," "You Are My Sunshine," "Without A Song," "My Baby," "Hallelujah I Love Her So," "Hide Nor Hair," "Don't Set Me Free," and "What'd I Say."
