Canadian singer/songwriter Joni Mitchell has been named "one of the greatest songwriters ever" by Rolling Stone Magazine, and All Music Magazine said Mitchell "may stand as the most important and influential female recording artist of the late 20th Century." Her iconic vocal style and incisive songs certainly captured the hearts of a generation, and her songs continue to be performed and recorded by other artists since their original release.

Framed in this collection is a copy of her 1982 LP, Wild Things Run Fast, hand-signed by Joni Mitchell. Wild Things was the first of four records with Geffen, and represented a departure from her jazz/folk sound toward a more 1980s pop sound.

James Taylor contributed vocals on "Man to Man," and he is pictured here with Joni recording in the studio. A close color shot of Joni onstage rounds out this lovely Joni Mitchell collection.
