Although his mainstream career lasted only four years, Jimi Hendrix is one of the most influential and celebrated musicians of the 20th Century. His album, Live at the Fillmore East, documents his live performances with the Band of Gypsies at the Fillmore East in NYC, December 31, 1969 and January 1, 1970. It was released posthumously on February 23, 1999.

Framed in this collection is an original 18"  x 24" record store promotional poster for the live album. Sitting atop this beautiful poster is a rare blue 45RPM single release of "The Wind Cries Mary," Hendrix's 1967 hit song, along with an original record sleeve.
