"Slowhand" is Eric Clapton's nickname and also the title of his 5th studio album, released November 25, 1977 on RSO Records. It is one of his most successful albums, both critically and commercially. It contains the two hit singles, "Lay Down Sally" and "Wonderful Tonight," as well as the controversial popular anti-drug song, "Cocaine." The album charted internationally and won numerous awards, In 2003, Rolling Stone Magazine ranked Slowhand at #325 of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

 

A copy of Clapton's Slowhand LP, hand-signed by Eric Clapton, is framed here, along with a 45RPM single of "Cocaine." Also framed with this collection is a used set list with notes from Clapton's 16 Nov 1999 show in Osaka, Japan, signed by Lee Dickson, Clapton's tour guitar tech of 30 years.
