Eric Clapton's LP August, released in 1986 on Duck/Warner Bros. Records, was produced by Phil Collins and Tom Dowd and became Clapton's best-selling album at the time. It includes the song, "It's in the Way That You Use It," featured in the 1986 film, The Color of Money. Phil Collins, Nathan East, and Greg Phillinganes extended their studio roles for Clapton's acclaimed world tour over the next couple of years.

Included in this memorable collection is a copy of the August LP, hand-signed by Eric Clapton, a backstage pass for the '87 tour, and a limited edition photograph of Clapton onstage, playing his favorite Fender Stratocaster, "Blackie." The photo is notated "E.C. 80/500.
